The shop



Where can I park?

3700 parking places are at your disposal on 3 levels of indoor parking. Parking places for persons with reduced mobility are available at the main entrance of the car park on the side of the Boulevard Kennedy.


How can I use the electric vehicles made available for persons with disabilities?
Auchan places at your disposal 2 electric vehicles fitted with a shopping basket. You can reserve them at our security service (43.77.43.27.15).


Where can I get my trolley?
You will find 2 trolley parks in your shopping centre. At level 0 next to the reception and at level 1 near the panoramic lift.
Baskets and baskets on wheels are available at each entrance of the shop.
If, in spite of our ongoing efforts, your trolley does not function properly or is not clean, bring it to a security guard who will go and get another one for you.


Can I drop my children off whilst I shop?
The opening hours of our “Children’s Corner” are as follows:

Outside the school holidays:
Monday to Thursday, 1:30 to 8:00 PM
Friday, 1:30 to 9:00 PM
Saturday, 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM

During the school holidays in Luxembourg
Monday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Friday, 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Saturday, 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
This service is free of charge.

Children aged 3 to 8 can stay there for one hour and a half.


Where can I find gift-wrapping paper?
A self-service gift-wrapping paper distributor is at your disposal at the entrance of the shop on Level 0, as well as at the service section on Level 1.


Which methods of payment are accepted at the check-out counters?
Cash, bank cards, meal vouchers.
ATMs are available at Level 0 and at Level 1 of your shopping centre.


Where can I go to open a line of credit?
Our staff are at your disposal to process your application at the service section on Level 1 of your shop.


Where can I get an invoice?
At the reception of your shop, upon presentation of your receipt, within 3 days following your purchase.
Beyond 3 days after your purchase, the invoice will be sent by post.


How can I verify the price of an item in the shop?
There are several price terminals posted in the shop. The price is displayed when you scan the barcode of the item you wish to buy.


Do you have an alterations service?
Fitting rooms are at your disposal on the 1st floor of your shop.
Our seamstresses will advise and offer to make the alterations on clothes which may, but need not be, purchased in our shop.


Can I order fresh products?
Yes, from the catering stand.


Where can I bring my returnable bottles?
We will take returnable bottles at the Drink Shop (level –3 of our parking facility).


Where can I have identity photos taken?
You can have photos taken in accordance with the standards required by the different administrative authorities on Level 1 of your shop near the Service Section.


Where is the after-sales service?
Our after-sales service is located at Level 0 of your shopping centre in the direction of the car park near the panoramic lift. (Same opening hours as our shop). Telephone: (352) 43 77 43 26 92
